Per-Stage Stagnation Thresholds
Managers set maximum days per CRM stage (e.g. New Lead → 3 days, Qualified → 7 days, Proposition → 7 days, Negotiation → 14 days). Each stage is configurable independently.
Automatic Stagnation Detection
A scheduled process runs every 6 hours and flags opportunities with no recent activity—so stagnant deals are detected automatically.
Kanban Heatmap Indicators
Visual urgency on every deal: Normal (no indicator), Warning (amber strip), Critical (red strip), Escalated (purple). See at-risk deals at a glance.
Auto-Nudge Notifications
Salespeople get automatic reminders when a deal becomes stagnant—e.g. "Your deal has been in Proposition stage for 8 days with no activity."
Manager Escalation
If there is no action within 48 hours after the nudge, the manager receives a notification with deal details and days stagnant.
At-Risk Deals Dashboard
A dedicated CRM view of all stagnant opportunities: assigned salesperson, stage, days stagnant, expected revenue. Bulk assign activities or send nudges.

A scheduled job runs every 6 hours and detects deals with no recent activity—flags them on Kanban.

When a deal exceeds its stage threshold, the assigned salesperson gets an automatic reminder to log activity.
Managers get escalation alerts
If there is no action within 48 hours, the manager is notified with deal details and days stagnant.
